Children's Ministries

Sunday Mornings at 10:00am

  • Nursery: 6 weeks – 2 years
  • Pre-Schoolers: 3 years – 5 years
  • Elementary: Kindergarten – 5th Grade

Children’s Sunday School starts during the service. Early in the program the children are brought to the front of the Sanctuary to hear a message from the Pastor. The children participate in a brief story and they receive a treat. Those children who want to continue are escorted by the Sunday School leader to have special activities until the service is over.

Youth Ministries

Youth ministry is available for middle and high school aged youth (6th-12th grade). Special activities are designed to engage group members to grow and address the challenges youth face in today’s world.

The Pleasant Valley United Methodist Men (UMM) offer fellowship and the opportunity to help others.  Join us for our Men’s Breakfast, the second Saturday of the month–8:00 am Fellowship Hall.

Young At Heart


The Young At Heart Group (age 50+) meets once a month for a potluck lunch, devotional, a game or two, and fellowship.  We meet the 2nd Wednesday at 11:30 am in the Fellowship Hall.   Come join us.
