Children’s Sunday School starts during the service. Early in the program the children are brought to the front of the Sanctuary to hear a message from the Pastor. The children participate in a brief story and they receive a treat. Those children who want to continue are escorted by the Sunday School leader to have special activities until the service is over.

PVUMC Women of Faith
Blessings Calendar: Women saved coins based on blessings they received. These funds were given to support PVUMC’s Vacation Bible School.
PVUMC’s Women of Faith spent time at our March gathering preparing eggs for the Easter Egg Hunt and Party.
PVUMC’s Women of Faith have sponsored various activities to support our children’s ministries.
In October, he Women of Faith group sponsored a Mystery Dinner Theater, “Suspect Hollywood.” The proceeds were given to the Children’s Ministry to support PVUMC’s summer Vacation Bible School program. The play, built on the parable of the Prodigal Son, was very entertaining and enjoyed by all.
The women of PVUMC hosted an All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Supper, inclusive of King Cup-cakes and children activities, in recognition of Shrove Tuesday and the preparation of Lent. Yummmm! Proceeds support the Children’s Ministry.
