“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” 2 Corinthians 9:7
Stewardship:The devout investment or use of money, time and ability. In biblical times, a steward supervised a household or an estate. Today, as God’s children, we deem God the source of all we have, seek to hold it in trust for God and desire to be “good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” (1 Peter 4:10a) Source: Sharing God’s Gifts Glossary of United Methodist Terms
As people of faith we come together to worship God and grow spiritually from the teachings of Jesus Christ. Where ever Christians gather it is a place for worship, caring, serving, and fellowship. People are the church and their physical place of worship must be maintained and the church’s missions supported financially and by giving of time and talents.
Offerings can be made during Sunday service or by mail to the Office. You can make your offerings by Online Giving It’s easy.
