HELP FEED THE HUNGRY!  The Missions Committee asks each family or individuals to bring one can of food or other non-perishable food item to church every Sunday.   Buy an extra can of food when you shop or just bring a can you already have.  If every family and individual brings only one can, we can fill the food box each week!

STAY POSTED for more information about the Annual PVUMC ski trip scheduled for March 19-21st.  This fun trip has been a tradition at PVUMC for many years and is open to all – young and young at heart.   Please contact Nancy Penn for more details at 703-392-9262.

CHILDREN AND YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL is available at 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. for children and youth ages 5- High School.   Children in K-2nd grades meet in Room 101 with Mrs. Arsenault; children in 3rd-5th grades meet in Room 100 with Mr. Trace; youth in 6th-12th grades meet in Room 301 with Miss Linda.   For questions, volunteering, or information, contact the Church Office (703-327-4461).

WE OFFER THREE SUNDAY ADULT CLASSES at 10:00 a.m.  Participation is a good way to meet new people, stay connected with others and deepen your faith.

Discovery Class:  The Discovery Class meets in Room 205.   Please contact Katherine or Jim Bolton at khjgbolton@cox.net if you have questions or are interested in attending.  All are invited!

Fellowship Class:  You are invited to study with this class, led by Leroy Jackson, in the Fellowship Hall.  This class is currently studying the Book of Genesis.

Java With Justin:  Have you ever wondered about the content or meaning of the Scripture reading on Sunday?  Explore each Sunday’s reading with Pastor Justin in a depth greater than possible during worship.  This class meets in Room 202.  All are invited.

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY:  The Women’s Bible Study Group meets on Friday mornings at 9:30 a.m. in Room 205.   The group is studying Giving God Your All by Thelma Wells – a 12 week Women of Faith Series.   Attendees ask questions such as “What is making the difference in my faith walk?”  “How can I completely trust God – in all things?” “Why is it easy for some and so difficult for me?”  “Can I really ‘let go and let God?’?”   If you are interested in joining the group, please contact Sandi Sorrow (703) 263-2555.   Please know that all women are welcome!

MEN’S BIBLE STUDY:  Join the men of the church for Bible Study on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  This group studies selected topics on a short term basis, so if you have an interest in a particular topic, let Loren Epton (703-378-4066) know and he will try and schedule it.

GOD  101: This class meets in Room 205 on Thursday evenings for one hour beginning at 7 p.m.  Pastor Justin leads the class, but the subject is determined by the participants.   The group is currently beginning a study of The Twelve Disciples.  P.S.  There is NO homework!
