THE PRAISE WORSHIP TEAM is in need of additional vocalists and musicians.    The group rehearses on Tuesday nights at 7:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary.   Please contact the church office with questions or to volunteer.   Also, we are in need of additional GREETERS, USHERS, AND ACOLYTES for both services.   If interested, please contact Frank or Sandi Sorrow.   These opportunities are one way to use your God given gifts in ministry.   Pray about it!

HELP FEED THE HUNGRY!  The Missions Committee asks each family or individuals to bring one can of food or other non-perishable food item to church every Sunday.   Buy an extra can of food when you shop or just bring a can you already have.  If every family and individual brings only one can, we can fill the food box each week!

CHILDREN AND YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL is available at 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. for children and youth ages 5- High School.   Children in K-2nd grades meet in Room 101 with Mrs. Arsenault; children in 3rd-5th grades meet in Room 100 with Mr. Trace; youth in 6th-12th grades meet in Room 301 with Miss Linda.   For questions, volunteering, or information, contact the Church Office (703-327-4461).

WE OFFER THREE SUNDAY ADULT CLASSES at 10:00 a.m.  Participation is a good way to meet new people, stay connected with others and deepen your faith.

Discovery Class:  The Discovery Class meets in Room 205. The class is studying Lord Teach Us: The Lord's Prayer & the Christian Life. The authors dissect the Lord's Prayer phrase by phrase so that we can better understand our Christian faith and come to see our life in Christian community as a reflection of these very words. All are invited.  

Fellowship Class:  You are invited to study with this class, led by Leroy Jackson, in the Fellowship Hall.  This class is currently studying the a variety of Biblically based topics.

Koffee With Katy:  Join Katy Holland and Pastor Justin in studying social justice through mission. This class meets in Room 203.  All are invited.

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY:  The Women’s Bible Study Group meets on Friday mornings at 9:30 a.m. in Room 205.   The group is studying Living a Life of Balance - a 12 week Women of Faith Series.   Attendees address isues such as handling the balance between faith and sight, between love and obedience, and between longing and contentment. They learn that only God can guide us toward the balance we all desire. If you are interested in joining the group, please contact the church office. Please know that all women are welcome!

MEN’S BIBLE STUDY:  Join the men of the church for Bible Study on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  This group studies selected topics on a short term basis, so if you have an interest in a particular topic, please contact the church office for more information.

GOD  101: This class meets in Room 205 on Thursday evenings for one hour beginning at 7 p.m.  Pastor Justin leads the class, but the subject is determined by the participants.   The group is currently studying United Methodist Social Principles.  P.S.  There is NO homework!
